The Council wish to partner with/sell to a developer to facilitate the development of a mixed use retail and leisure scheme on the Market Field Way site. This site occupies a prominent town centre location. It will be a condition of the transaction that the development incorporates a multi screen cinema, restaurants, retail and residential accommodation of a high quality design.
