With this invitation to tender, the National Cyber Security Centre of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom (hereinafter also referred to as "KTK", "contracting entity" or "client") acquires a reliability testing tool (hereinafter also just "Product") for its use.

The National Cyber Security Centre acts as the National Crypto Approval Authority (CAA). The CAA authority is responsible for assessing and approving cryptographic products designed to protect classified information. The product to be procured is used to assist the CAA authority.
