The municipalities of Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau and Gilze en Rijen work together in one official organisation: the ABG organisation, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority or client. The contracting authority intends to select an architect for the realisation of the joint civil service office.

The assignment here concerns the manufacture of:

• a Preliminary Design;

• a Final Design;

• a Technical Design (specifications and drawings;

• drawings and calculations associated with the environmental permit application;

• implementation drawings for the executing party(s);

• drawings for the application for an environmental permit for fireproof

use;

• the necessary consultation moments with the client;

• Furthermore, we expect the architect at the time of the execution that

attend these construction meetings and work discussions and, where necessary,

assesses dimensions and alternatives.
