1. The subject of the contract is the Winter Maintenance of Municipal Roads, Squares, Parking Lots and Sidewalks in the Winter Season 2022/23 in the Jabłonka Municipality. 2. The service will consist in removing snow from municipal roads and squares and combating slipperiness by sprinkling (in the indicated areas) the surface on the roads. The Contracting Authority divided the entire order into 13 parts according to the number of regions 3. The task entitled "Winter maintenance of municipal roads, squares, parking lots and sidewalks in the winter season 2022/23 in the Jabłonka Commune" covers 7 villages and one village, i.e. bory village, Chyżne village, Jabłonka, Lipnica Mała, Orawka, Podwilk, Zubrzyca Dolna and Zubrzyca Górna. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the snow removal service be undertaken in the event of a minimum of 8 cm of snow. Used materials for sprinkling roads the contractor will provide at his own expense. Materials for sprinkling roads should meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions of application of agents that can be used on public roads and streets and squares (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 230, item 1960). 5. General requirements for the equipment used for winter maintenance of roads and pavements: Vehicles used to perform work on snow removal of roads and combating winter slipperiness should be equipped with a warning flash signal of yellow color (in accordance with applicable regulations - the "Road Traffic Law"). Lifting and lowering the plow must be carried out from the driver's cab. During the entire duration of the contract, the Contractor may receive from the Ordering Party a GPS device mounted to the cigarette lighter socket for installation in a snow removal vehicle. In this case, the Contractor shall provide/secure a cigarette lighter socket in the vehicle. The Contractor will be responsible for securing the voltage in the socket in order to ensure the correct operation of the GPS device provided by the Ordering Party, which will be the basis for settling the vehicle's working time. The basis for the settlement of the snow removal service will be a report generated on the basis of GPS measurement of a working vehicle in the field (in the area specified for snow removal). The contractor's work report will be submitted to the snow removal coordinator for approval. After the period for which the contract for Winter Maintenance will be concluded, the Contractor shall pass the locators issued by the Ordering Party within 7 days. 6.
