The contract concerns the needs of EDF SA and its subsidiaries.
The company operates a fleet of 45,000 vehicles spread over the metropolitan France, and composed of light vehicles, commercial vehicles and heavy trucks.
For fuel cards, the company's main needs relate to access to diesel, unleaded petrol, non-road diesel and electric charging stations. Cards giving access to electric charging stations must be compatible with all stations in service. Premium fuels from each of the previous families must also be offered.
For payment solutions for toll and parking services, the support must allow the payment of motorway tolls for light vehicles (<3.5t), carrier vehicles (32t) and semi-trailers (44t). The support must also allow the payment of the car parks.
Fuel, EV charging and associated services by flow-through card for the fleet of EDF SA, Dalkia and ENEDISA package intended for fuel suppliers with a device commonly referred to as a "pick-up card".
A pick-up card is defined as a tangible or intangible instrument made available to an agent of the Company allowing a debit transaction registered on a customer account identified in the Company. All collection cards may be considered provided that they can be set up within the Company, also dematerialized, but the Company excludes any cash transaction.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of the framework agreement, all awardees combined, is 189,365 m3 of fuel, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value on this volume of purchase for the Company.

The payment of motorway tolls as well as parking in car parks is carried out using a support. This support is to be used by the users of the vehicles themselves.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum amount of the framework agreement, all successful tenderers combined, is €68,901,000 excluding VAT, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value on this purchase amount for the Company.
