the services performed include services P1 Mti P1 Mci P2 and P3, the detailed definitions of which appear in the specifications (Ae, Ccap, Cctp and all annexes)

the market is composed as follows:

- the flat-rate service for the supply of fuel necessary for heating, with a profit-sharing on energy savings (benefit P1/1 Mti) or the unit service for the supply of heat necessary for heating, with a profit-sharing on energy savings (benefit P1/1 Mci) depending on the buildings.

- The unit service of heat supply necessary for ECS production and water treatment (Service P1/2).

- The unit gas supply service necessary for utilities other than those defined in the P1/1 heating and P1/2 domestic hot water production services (P1/3 gas service service)

- the flat-rate service for the conduct and maintenance of heat production and distribution installations, ECS production and distribution installations and water treatment installations, (Service P2)

- the flat-rate monitoring and control services necessary for the monitoring of ecs production, thermal and distribution facilities (P2 service).

- Flat-rate services of total guarantee of technical installations with or without distribution according to the sub-items below (Service P3 Total Guarantee and Total Guarantee with Distribution).

P3/1: GT-type service. It is the necessary provision for all repair or renewal operations not provided for in the P3/2 and P3/3 services, it also includes the provisional operations of renewal of equipment required by their obsolescence or following damage or acts of vandalism.

P3/2: GTR-type service. It consists of the equipment renewal operations offered by each Holder in addition to the P3/1 and P3/3 services.

P3/3: GT-type service. It consists of the various mandatory equipment replacement operations defined.
