The sports facilities at the Georges Lefèvre Stadium require rehabilitation and upgrading to the standards, in order to adapt to advanced sports practices but also to be eligible as a Preparation Centre for the JPO Paris 2024 (CPJ) to welcome high-level athletes who will come to train there. The tasks entrusted to the contractor will focus on the development of a comprehensive mass plan of the site by 2030, requalification of access, design and restructuring of buildings.

The tasks of the contractor will focus on:

— the development of an overall mass plan of the site by 2030, with sub-stages 2024, 2026,

— the requalification of the three accesses on President John Fitzgerald Kennedy Avenue,

— the design and realization of the restructuring of the building hosting the activities.
