Object of these deliveries
Framework agreement for the supply of food, beverages and non-food, in accordance with the technical provisions of these specifications.

This assignment relates to the following deliveries, as included in the Common Procurement Vocabulary:
- 15800000-6 Miscellaneous foods
- 15890000-3 Miscellaneous foods and dry wares
No plots
The contracting authority shall decide not to divide the contract into lots for the following main reasons:
• to ensure implementation manageability;
• for performance liability;
• to minimise the administration and planning burden for the schools.
Parts (fixed and conditional)
These specifications do not provide for conditional portions.
Duration
The framework agreement shall have an initial duration of one year from the date indicated at the conclusion of the contract. After the expiry of this initial term, the contract may be extended up to three times for a period of one year, on the basis of Article 57 of the Public Procurement Act. The total duration (including renewals) is a maximum of 4 years. See II.2 'Term and delivery period'.
During the term of the agreement, addresses can change, add or be removed from the assignment, without any right to compensation for the entrepreneur.
Place of delivery
Regardless of the order amount, delivery must be made to various locations. The buildings of the AG Stedelijk Onderwijs are located on the territory of the city of Antwerp, with some buildings in Brasschaat, Borsbeek and Burcht. The addresses of the locations are included in the attached detailed list (Annex J).
During the term of the agreement, addresses can change, add or be removed from the assignment, without any right to compensation for the entrepreneur.
One-participant Framework Agreement
This public contract aims to conclude a framework agreement with one participant. All terms and conditions are determined in the framework agreement.
The conclusion of this agreement does not arise with respect to the contractor any right of exclusivity for the execution of assignments as described in this specifications.
