The master plan includes demolitions, renovation and conversion of homes in Dept. 4, Gellerupparken. The present offer of client consultancy includes the renovation of 5 tall blocks incl. parts of surrounding nearby outdoor areas as well as waste management.
It has not yet been decided whether the individual conversion and renovation projects covered by the Master Plan should be carried out in a total or main contract, and the determination of the procurement strategy, including the choice of the form of the contract, will thus be part of the client consultant's service.
The individual client consultancy tasks in connection with the realization of the Master Plan may, according to the contracting entity's wishes, be split up and initiated on an ongoing basis.

The client consultant's services are stated in the project-specific service description and cover a wide spectrum of client consultancy services. However, the tasks on the contract will primarily relate to the following services:
- Advice on and preparation of procurement strategies, including the choice of contract form
- Preparation of tender documents and implementation of EU tenders for consultancy contracts and construction contracts in turnkey or main contracts
- Tender evaluation and contracting with consultants and contractors
- Quality assurance and project investigation
- Client supervision and management in connection with design and execution
- Handling of client obligations in connection with design and execution
- Ongoing follow-up on the delivery of KS material from consultants and contractors
- Participation in delivery business and 1-year review
- Management of ICT
Client consultancy must be provided in accordance with FRI and Danske Arkitekter's service description for client consultancy, 2019. The individual tasks are carried out on the terms of the agreement and are initiated by the preparation of an ATR to that effect.
The contract includes the realization of the Master Plan Phase 1, Stage 4.1, to be completed by 2030.
