The framework agreements comprise comprehensive advice and developer advice in a broad sense in connection with the contractors' fulfillment of the above objectives, including in connection with ongoing maintenance (including maintenance of external land), new construction and renovation, purchasing, tenant relocation, building inspection and energy optimization advice.
