The purpose of this consultation is the upkeep, maintenance and repair of passenger shelters. For this consultation, an agreement of the control group was drawn up concerning the upkeep, maintenance and repair of passenger shelters. It was constituted according to Articles L.2113- and L.2113-7 of the Public Order Code. This group includes: - the City of Chelles - The City of Vaires-Sur-Marne - the City of Courtry - the City of Brou-Sur-Chantereine Each member who makes up this group is in charge of placing orders with the selected holder as and when their needs. In accordance with Article L.2113-7 of the Public Order Code, the agreement entrusts the City of Chelles with the exclusive task of conducting the framework agreement. The City of Chelles is therefore the coordinator of the grouping of orders for the entire procedure

This Special Technical Clauses Book, concerns the maintenance and routine cleaning of passenger shelters located on the territory of the 4 municipalities (Approximately ...... Bus shelters). The main services of this contract are as follows:- Maintenance and cleaning of shelters - preventive maintenance-removal of graffiti or dirt on furniture - curative maintenance-replacement of parts constituting a shelter (supply and implementation) - curative maintenance-repainting of elements -Carrying out repainting campaign-removal of a shelter-the rest of a shelterThe framework agreement is single-awarded. It is without minimum amount and with a maximum amount per period different according to the members of the group. The maximum amounts excluding VAT per period are set at:-145 000 euro (s) HT for the City of Chelles;-32 000 euro (s) HT for the City of Vaires sur Marne-25 000 euro (s) HT for the City of Courtry ;-15 000 euro (s) HT for the City of Brou-Sur-Chantereine.Ie a maximum total amount of 217 000 euro (s) HT per period
