Harstad Municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for engineering design services for and the construction of a day centre and sheltered accommodation floats in Nedre Gangsås in Harstad.

The day centre is an activity offer for persons with reduced functional abilities. The residences are a housing offer for persons with reduced functional abilities.

Outdoor work on access roads, parking, and outside installations are included in the project.

The size of the site is 7.4 decares. The main access will be from Gangsåsveein, but there is also direct access to the sheltered accommodation flats from Gangsås alle.

Day centre: The day centre in Nedre Gangsås is a day offer for persons with reduced functional abilities. The day centre has two floors with a footprint of approx. 995 m2. The total GFA will be approx. 1350 m2.

Sheltered accommodation flats: 10 sheltered accommodation flats for persons with reduced functional abilities. The sheltered accommodation flats have 24-hour staffing and thus also have areas for personnel. The sheltered accommodation flats also have two floors with a total GFA of 1450 m2 - and a footprint of 880 m2.
