New construction of the Gilching Fire Station — Engineering Services Technical Equipment Equipment Group 1 to 3 and 8.

The municipality of Gilching intends to construct the construction of a fire station including a vehicle hall with 15 parking spaces in Gilching on the Starnberger Weg.

— cold storage hall 1 480 m2 GFA/9 185 m³ BRI

— Carport 550 m2 GFA/1 665 m³ BRI

— Total 7 073 m2 GFA/37 176 m³ BRI.

The following services are advertised for this purpose: Engineering services Technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, Technical equipment of plant groups 1 to 3 and 8, service phases 1-9 and special services. The service phases are commissioned in stages:

- Level 1: work phases 1-4,

- Level 2: work phases 5-8,

- Stage 3: service phase 9.

The work phases 1-2 of the architectural performance have already been provided by ArgeArchitekten, Waldkirch. This preliminary planning, which has already been carried out, is the basis of the current development planning procedure.

The contractors of other services, such as engineering services of technical equipment, are currently or promptly determined in separate VGV procedures.
