The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,400,000.00 (in words: two million four hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) to cover the budget deficit of the Mogilno Commune in 2023.

1) Long-term loan to cover the budget deficit of the Municipality of Mogilno in 2023.

2) Loan amount: PLN 2,400,000.00 (in words: two million four hundred thousand zlotys 00/100).

3) Loan period: 2023 – 2031.

4) Availability of credit: by bank transfer to the bank account of the Municipality of Mogilno.

5) The loan will be released on the basis of the Ordering Party's instruction submitted to the Bank.

6) Grace period for repayment of capital until 29.09.2024

7) Repayment of capital installments of the loan will be made in quarterly installments.

8) Interest on used and unpaid capital payable on the last day of each quarter.
