Supply of finished components for P80/L90 control boxes made from:

— steel bars and pressed steel: lot 1,

— castings of pig iron and mechanical working: batch 2,

— machining: batch 3.

In this tender procedure, we will proceed pursuant to art. 133 paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree 50/2016

Pursuant to art. 95, co. 4, lett. b of Legislative Decree 50/2016, it should be noted that this tender concerns materials with standardized characteristics, produced on the basis of the technical specifications / drawings based on the tender, which does not allow discretion with respect to the technical requirements provided.

During the preliminary assessment of the risks related to the three Lots in question, no additional costs were identified for security measures related to the elimination of interference risks, therefore these security costs are equal to 0.

The amount, per single Lot, includes any form of possible option or renewal of the contract. The supply must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the technical specifications of supply based on the tender and attached to the specific contract scheme.

The custody procedure is established pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (code of public contracts) and Legislative Decree 207/2010 — limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 — for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors
