The Politecnico di Milano and the Municipality of Milan intend to award a contract for the reclamation works of the Bovisa Nord area c.d. Drop of Milan.

Through the contract, the reclamation works of the 2A area of the Goccia area, owned by the Politecnico di Milano, will be carried out. To the basic tender amount indicated in point II.2.6, EUR 15 680 000 shall be added for "options". Of these options, 9,930,000 euros refer to similar works provided for in the master plan (so-called areas 2C and 2B of the "Goccia"), while 5,750,000 euros for contractual changes pursuant to art. 120, co. 1 lett. a) of Legislative Decree 36/2023, which may be used if this is necessary during the execution of the works.
