The contest is for the delivery of 1 complete lorry with a lifting body — 3 axle vehicle with a lifting bogie, and 1 complete distribution vehicle approx. 35 m3 – 2-axle vehicle.

The contract value is estimated to be approx. NOK 3 100 000 excluding VAT, including a service contract for 5 years for both vehicles. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

Group 1: Lifting vehicle including a service contract for 5 years, estimated value NOK 1 900 000 excluding VAT.

Group 2: Distribution vehicles, including a service contract for 5 years, estimated value NOK 1 200 000 excluding VAT.

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contracting authority will sign one contract for each vehicle. If the same tenderer is awarded several groups, one contract will be signed for the relevant groups.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
