Pasientreiser ANS invites tenderers to a tender contest with negotiations regarding procurement of an ICT system for control of transport settlements. The system shall be used by the patient travel offices and shall support the process for control of transport settlements. The following option is included:

— A maintenance agreement for the procured system.

The objective, and Pasientreiser ANS' objectives with the procurement is to obtain better control of transport settlements at the patient travel offices. The system support shall result in improved user experience for the users, an automated settlement process and increased control of transportation costs.

The ICT system shall be operated by and located at Norsk Helsenett SF (Norway). The procured system must be able to be adapted to Pasientreiser ANS' application's existing and future requirements. The system shall also have necessary integrations. The selected supplier shall, in co-operation with the operational supplier Norsk Helsenett, be responsible for installation of the system.

The procurement comprises purchase/development of the software which shall be established, as well as maintenance after the system is implemented.
