The purpose of this contract is: services for integrating the SAP PaPm solution into the information system of the Aéroports de Paris group, assistance services for corrective and evolutionary application maintenance, and user assistance services.

The objective of this project is the replacement of SAP-PCM and the associated FIM/DS jobs, by the new PaPm tool, without impacting the management scheme.

It should be noted that a first project to replace SAP PCM and FIM/DS jobs was carried out between May 2022 and December 2022, it was interrupted. Deliverables already produced can nevertheless be reused as part of this new project.

The implementation of corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the PaPm tool as well as incoming and outgoing flows is also an objective of the project. Evolutionary maintenance will make it possible to integrate new functionalities, not covered during the implementation of PaPm, such as the implementation of the green taxonomy recently instituted by the European Union, as well as the implementation of user support.
