Description:
Successive delivery of standard computer equipment

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of standard computer equipment divided into 2 parts:

Part 1: Delivery of Central Computer Units No. 1 and Monitors No. 1:

- delivery of the central unit of computer No. 1 – 80 pcs.

- delivery of monitor No. 1 – 80 pcs.

Part 2: Delivery of Central Computer Units No. 2 and Monitors No. 2:

- Delivery of the computer central unit No. 2 — 100 pcs.

- Monitor delivery No. 2 — 100 pcs.

A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in the Annex to the SWZ, as appropriate to the part.

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee and provide free warranty service for the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions contained in the description of the subject of the contract / description of the offered goods and in the draft provisions of the contract (respectively to part of the proceedings), subject to point 13.2 SWZ.

Part 1: Delivery of Central Computer Units No. 1 and Monitors No. 1

Part 1: Delivery of Central Computer Units No. 1 and Monitors No. 1:

- delivery of the central unit of computer No. 1 – 80 pcs.

- delivery of monitor No. 1 – 80 pcs.

A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in the Annex to the SWZ.

The offered equipment is to be brand new, unused and not exhibited at exhibitions or trade fairs, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready to work. The equipment supplied by the Contractor should be manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of placing the unit order by the Ordering Party.

In the event of withdrawal during the execution of the contract of the components indicated in the description of the object of the order/description of the offered goods (Annex to SWZ), the Contractor shall provide equipment with parameters not worse than offered for the price specified in the offer and contract.

Delivery includes transport to the direct user to the place indicated by him and all other costs related to the performance of the object of the order and the requirements placed by the Ordering Party.

REMARK! If the scope of the contract includes computer equipment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to apply a VAT rate of 0% in accordance with Article 83 paragraph 1 point 26 letter a) of the Act on tax on goods and services of 11 March 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1570), subject to the consent issued by the Ministry of Education and Science. The Contracting Authority shall provide the selected Contractor with written information on obtaining the consent issued by the Ministry of Education and Science, on the basis of which the Contractor will be obliged to issue a correcting invoice.

Part 2: Delivery of Central Computer Units No. 2 and Monitors No. 2:

- Delivery of the computer central unit No. 2 — 100 pcs.

- Monitor delivery No. 2 — 100 pcs.
