Renewal of the central radio router technology at rbb in Berlin and Potsdam

Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg intends to renew the currently operated central audio routers of radio at the locations Berlin (BEHK - Berlin Radio Router) and Potsdam (POHK - Potsdam Radio Router) and to operate them in conjunction with the audio routers of television operations to form a central audio router (hereinafter referred to as ZAK (central audio router).

For this purpose, Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg will commission a bidder to carry out the services described below.

- Renewal of the central audio router technology of the radio (BEHK and POHK) at the locations Berlin and Potsdam and merging of the audio routers of the television and radio operations, in conjunction with a common audio router

- The connections of the interfaces according to Appendix 2

- Installation of matrix switcher technology in the furniture and racks in studios and equipment rooms

- Wiring of the equipment in the racks in studios and equipment rooms

- Installation and configuration as well as ready-to-use handover of all equipment

- Studiotechnische Audio- u. Steuerungsverkabelung

- Cross-room cabling

- Connections to the client's interfaces

- Inspection of the entire installation

- Dismantling of the old technology in studios and equipment rooms that are no longer needed

- Delivery of complete documentation with drawings

- Maintenance and support incl. delivery of a spare parts package
