The subject of the contract is: the supply and assembly of photovoltaic installations, solar collectors and air heat pumps in the Cekcyn Commune as part of the project entitled "Improving energy security through the diversification of energy sources in the Cekcyn commune." The subject of the order was divided into 2 lots:
1st part - Delivery and assembly of 61 sets of photovoltaic installations together with a structure adapted to the mounting location with a total electrical power of 344.81 kW,
2nd part - Delivery and assembly of 10 sets of solar collectors with a structure adapted to the place of assembly and a water tank with a total heat output of 42.56 kW and 6 sets of air heat pumps designed for hot water purposes together with a water tank with a total heat output of 15 kW.
The object of the contract should be made in accordance with the provisions of the contract, Terms of Reference, submitted offer, principles of building art and technical knowledge, applicable standards, regulations and technologies of producers.
Supply and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the commune of Cekcyn"Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations within the Cekcyn Commune", including delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer (Annex 1a to the ToR) 61 sets of photovoltaic installations together with a structure adapted to the place of assembly with a total electrical capacity of 344.81 kW. Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic sets together with connection, checking, start-up and user instructions for each location indicated in Annex 2 to the contract. The awarding entity does not envisage the award of a supplementary contract in the manner specified in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.

Delivery and assembly of solar collector and air heat pump sets, together with connection, checking, leakage tests, commissioning and user instructions, for each location indicated in Annex 2 to the contract. The awarding entity does not envisage the award of a supplementary contract in the manner specified in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
