Take all actions related to the extract/extraction and the introduction of the vehicle on the road, the purpose of loading it onto the towing vehicle - immediately after the operation of the officers at the scene, towing (carriage) and unloading of the vehicle, Parts accepted as a deposit police, which are factual evidence for the purpose of carrying out, to the necessary extent of procedural activities in the parking lot indicated by the Police in the printing of the disposal, to the parking area indicated by the Police of the Vehicle and/or Parts;

The subject of the order is “The provision of comprehensive services in the field of towing (carriage) of Vehicles of dmc exceeding 16 tonnes and Parts secured by the Police for process purposes, in the area of operation of units of the Police of the Lubusz Voivodeship.”

Wherever in the contract mentions the concept:

VEHICLE — by this means a motor vehicle or another with a DMC exceeding 16t.

PARTS — by this means the parts of the vehicle and other items left in the vehicle constituting both its equipment and not its equipment but secured by the Police for procedural purposes in connection with the incident.

PARKING — it is necessary to mean Guarded Parking or parking in the area of the Lubuskie Garrison Police Unit.

Heavy duty vehicles or motor tractors together with the trailer will be treated as one motor vehicle with a permissible total weight exceeding 16t.

The service shall relate to towing/carriage of Vehicles/Parts accepted as a police deposit, which are factual evidence for the purpose of carrying out to the necessary extent of procedural activities, in accordance with Article 308 §1 of the KPK, at the expense of the Police, excluding the cases referred to in Articles 50a and 130a of the Act of 20.06.1997r. Traffic Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450 as amended).

The Contractor shall provide the services covered by this proceeding in accordance with the applicable provisions, in particular the provisions of the Road Traffic Law Act of 20.06.1997. (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450 as amended) and implementing acts issued pursuant to that Act.

The scope of the contract subject matter under contract remuneration shall include the following:

Acceptance of the disposal by the Contractor (acceptance of the disposal for 24h a day 7 days a week); reaction time of the Contractor from the moment of acceptance of the service in question by which it is appropriate to mean the departure of the tow truck to the scene of the event - within a specified period of time a maximum of 30 minutes (The requested response time is the maximum time, however, the Contractor may offer a shorter time under the rules described in SZ XXV on the criterion for evaluation of tenders — a time will be offered in the relevant contract);
