The purpose of this contract is to provide project management assistance services relating to the management of the SI-Samu program and associated expertise. This contract is alloti according to the following 2 lots:

- lot 1: project management assistance relating to the management of the SI-Samu program and support to the business community,

- lot 2: project management assistance relating to the specific expertise associated with the SI-Samu program.

Lot 1 covers the following services:

- assistance in piloting the activities of the SI-Samu program,

- support to the business community of the SI-Samu program in "Agile" mode (business support at the functional expertise center, business support for the "Agile" development teams,

- transferability benefits.

Lot 2 covers the following services:

- assistance to the instruction of a problem,

- expertise specific to the Si-Samu program,

- specific expertise on the evaluation of load in point of function,

- specific expertise in Antares voice and data radiocommunication,

- transferability benefits,

- quality services.
