1. The subject of the contract is the conservation of greenery in the area administered by ZGN Praga-Południe m.st Warsaw, consisting in mowing lawns, cutting shrubs and hedges, establishing lawns, planting perennials and shrubs.
2. The scope of the contract includes, m.in:
1) Mowing lawns,
2) pruning hedges and shrubs,
3) planting bushes,
4) setting up lawns.
3. The detailed scope of work is specified in: The price calculation form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.
4. The scope of work for persons employed under an employment contract is specified in point 8 of the SWZ.

4. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas (understood as transport work calculated in hours) used in the performance of the contract is at least 10% (in accordance with Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels).
