The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The provisions of this specification concern the realization and delivery of restaurant titles for CDC agents as well as for agents of the CDC's disability home. This framework agreement is passed through the order group consisting of the Community of Corsica and the House of the Disabled People of the CDC in accordance with the Standing Committee's deliberation 21/114 CP dated 19.5.2021. The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined for the Community of Corsica as follows:

— minimum 2 995 000 EUR excluding VAT,

— maximum 4 935 000 EUR excl.

The amount of benefits for the initial period of the Framework Agreement for Mdphcc is defined as follows:

- minimum 5,000 EUR excluding tax,

— maximum 65 000 EUR excl. VAT.

The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
