The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, tourist development and works in the field of hunting and meadow and agricultural management in the OHZ area (obw. 105 and 106), to be carried out in the Torzym Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood as well as works in the field of hunting and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
