1. The subject of the contract is maintenance services and remote diagnostics of medical equipment manufactured by Siemens for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging of the Franciszek Raszei Municipal Hospital in Poznań, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and guidelines of the medical equipment of the Siemens manufacturer.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which is an integral part thereof.
3. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts/packages.

The subject of the contract is maintenance services and remote diagnostics of medical equipment manufactured by Siemens for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging of the Franciszek Raszei Municipal Hospital in Poznań, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and guidelines of the medical equipment of the Siemens manufacturer.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which is an integral part thereof.
3. The scope of maintenance activities of medical equipment manufactured by Siemens is specified in the Terms of Reference.
4. In the event that any document constituting an element of the description of the subject matter of the contract contains indications of trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor (if this could lead to the preference or elimination of certain Contractors or its products), it shall be understood, in accordance with the provision of Article 99(5) of the PPL, that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner. In such circumstances, the Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting
in the offer of equivalent solutions, indicating that the minimum requirements to be met by equivalent solutions are requirements not worse than the parameters indicated in these documents, and their criteria for assessing equivalence are indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract.
If the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract indicated trademarks, patents, origin or sources as well as standards, technical approvals and reference systems, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters, etc. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to indicate that the subject of the contract offered by it meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Entity. If the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific Contractor, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions.
If the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
5. Order completion time: 24 months from the date of signing the contract.
