The project comprises the development of an 8.8 acre HGV truck parking facility in conjunction with the UK Government to provide additional capacity following the departure of the UK from the European Single Market (Brexit).

A multi-functional truck parking facility in order to provide suitable transfer of European documentation (TADs) preparation and handover to drivers and other administrative legal processes that will be required for trucks and drivers following Brexit.
