The consultation will lead to the conclusion of a framework agreement for subsequent contracts with no minimum and with a maximum single-tenderer of services. It will be concluded for a period of 1 year from 30 October 2023 or the date of notification to the holder whichever is later. It is renewable a maximum of 3 times per period of 1 year
