Project management missions concerning the structuring operation of rehabilitation of the La Talaudière Prison Center according to several strategic axes.

The mission elements of project management concern building rehabilitation operations, within the meaning of Article R. 2431-5 of the Public Order Code. They may be supplemented by the following complementary missions: OPC, CSSI, EXE.

This structuring operation is based on several strategic axes which, once implemented, will lead to the rehabilitation of the site:

- integration in the city,

- the relocation of services,

- the creation of showers in a cell,

- the rehabilitation of the PEP and the PCI,

- the video surveillance upgrade,

- the implementation of GER operations,

- the rehabilitation of watchtowers,

- etc.
