The client is planning a new replacement building for the fire station in the Reinholdshain district, on the northeast side of the large district town of Glauchau. Contractors are required to provide solutions that, due to a limited budget, explicitly focus only on necessary building measures for user safety, and which also extends the necessary supply of building services to the property and provides barrier-free access to the property. guaranteed.

The contractor planned the demolition of the existing building and equipping the new fire station. The inventory was carried out by SCHÄLZKY Bauingenieure GmbH in 2015. The results of the inventory were documented with a property description, the inventory plans and the room book. These documents are attached to the tender documents as attachments. The sanitary and electrical engineering must also be completely removed and disposed of properly.

The existing building is cleared and moved to transitional quarters by the fire brigade in its own organization.

Each bidder can submit multiple bids (one main bid per lot). Hub offers are not admissible. Further description can be found in procurement documents. The general procurement documents can be found under lot 1.

The planning services of the site planner for a replacement new fire equipment house include the following focal points:

• vehicle hall with three different parking space sizes,

• rooms for local administration,

• deployment and exercise rooms for the capacity of 40 emergency personnel,

• rooms for training, residence and administration,

The requirements for the building are described in detail in a tabular form under Chapter 3.2 in the supplement dated March 30, 2021 (Appendix A7).

The measures for energy requirements for the building are subject to the current EnEV requirements for the new buildings.

The basic services according to HOAI §§ 34, 35 Lph 2-9 are required. and the following special services:

a) Creation and implementation of fire protection certificates

b) Building physics, thermal insulation and energy balance as well as performance profile building acoustics in accordance with Annex 1.2.2 HOAI 2021

c) Demolition planning

d) Appointment of the site manager according to § 65 SächsBO

For the special services, the fee offers must be named in the flat-rate price.

The contractor must provide basic structural design services according to HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 1, LPH 2-6, §§ 49-52 and Annex 14, as well as the following special services:

a) Proof of constructive fire protection

b) Engineering control of the construction of the structure for compliance with the tested static documents

c) Static evidence earthquake zone I.

The fee offers for the special services are to be named as flat-rate prices.

The planning services to be offered include the necessary state-of-the-art technical systems.

The contractor is required to provide the services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 2 from LP 2 to LP 4 and LP 5 to LP 9 (two-stage), §§ 53-56 as well as Annex 15.1, and 15.2, investment groups 1, 2 and 3.

The planning services to be offered include the necessary state-of-the-art electrical systems.

In the context of electrical planning, the client places particular emphasis on a simple overall concept that takes into account the mandatory cost requirements, which means that the AG demands solutions from the contractor based on the minimum principle. Corresponding agreements must be taken into account in the course of processing.

The contractor is required to provide the services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 2 from LP 2 to LP 4 and LP 5 to LP 9 (two-stage), §§ 53-56 as well as Annex 15.1, and 15.2, investment group 4 and 5.

The planner of the outdoor investments is expected to update the existing study.

The contractor must provide the services according to HOAI, part 3, section 2 of LP 1 to LP 9, §§ 38-40
