Kvam Energi Nett, VoNett, and Indre Hordaland KraftNett would like to procure a new grid information system (NIS). The three

companies are part of groups that are active within the following three business areas; electricity grid, broadband,

and energy production. The three companies offer an electricity grid and broadband to both private and business customers within their

respective concession areas, and employ a total of approx. 73 persons. In 2022 the companies had a total

turnover of approx. NOK 295 million.

A new grid information system will be procured, as well as the operation and maintenance of it.

For the assignment, a contract will be entered into with one and the same tenderer for each of the three companies that are the contracting authorities in this competition. The contract has a duration of 48 months, but will be extended unless the it is cancelled by the contracting authority with three months' notice. The contract is then indefinite and remains in force until it is cancelled, within the limits of the procurement regulations in terms of duration.
