the works of this lot will include the supply, installation and construction of all the works relating to this C.C.T.P.Within the framework of this consultation, the city of Nîmes acts as contracting authority.the present contract is awarded according to an open tendering procedure, pursuant to articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Order Code publique.la present agreement concerns lot 18 painting - cleaning which is part of the all the other lots, except Lot 18: painting and cleaning, which is the subject of this consultation, have been notified

The works of this lot will include the supply, installation and execution of all the works relating to this C.C.T.P.The Company shall have all the following works:-Execution studies,-painting of the walls of the common areas,-painting of the ceilings of the common areas,-painting of the stairwells (wall and ceiling)-painting of the floors of the technical rooms and staircase,- Painting of the various PVC and non-powder-coated metal substrates, -Treatment of all the wood substrates to be painted or varnished, -Painting of the various external metal elements not previously treated, in general, all the visible and unseen parts of the building will receive a finishing paint. No element of metal, wood, plaster or plasterboard, plaster, masonry or concrete will remain unpainted.The work of this lot includes all the constraints of scaffolding.the supports being executed by the structural work and the drywaller, the company will have to ensure the reception of the supports. This list is not exhaustive and extends to all the services described in the Specifications of the Dossier.All the services will be remunerated by applying a global and fixed priceThe performance of the services is not divided into tranches
