The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of reception, transport and development of indicated municipal waste from all inhabited and non-inhabited properties in the part concerning the cottages, located in the Municipalities of Kalety, Kochanowice, Pawonków and Woźniki.

Within the scope of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste transferred by the owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property in the part of the cottages located within the municipalities in a way that ensures that appropriate levels are reached. recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage under the task entrusted.

4 (four) communes in Silesian Voivodeship”

1. The object of the contract is the implementation of the service of collection, transport and development of indicated municipal waste from all property inhabited and non-inhabited in the part concerning the cottages located within the Commons — Participants of the Contracting Group, equipment single-family and summer properties in bags, equipping multi-family properties with containers and the collection, transportation and development of indicated waste from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste. Contractors- Participants in the Contracting Group indicate that single-family properties are equipped with containers for the collection of mixed waste.

2. Receipt, transport and development services will be covered by:

1) directly prior to the property:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01);

(b) segregated waste:

- collectively collected plastics, metals, multi-aerial packaging (15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99);

- paper and waste paper (15 01 01 01, 20 01 01 01);

- glass and glass packaging (15 01 07, 20 01 02);

- biodegradable waste and biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01 01 01);

(c) large-sized waste (20 03 07);

d) construction and demolition waste (17 01 07, 17 03 80, 17 06 04, 17 01 80, 17 09 04) – as part of additional services at the request of the owner provided through the Municipality;

(e) ash ( 20 01 99).

2) at the Selective Collective Point of Municipal Waste:

(a) expired drugs (20 01 31*, 20 01 32);

(b) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes (ex 20 01 99);

(c) total collection of plastics, metals and multi-material packaging (15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99);

(d) paper and waste paper (15 01 01 01, 20 01 01 01);

(e) glass and packs of glass (15 01 07, 20 01 02, 17 02 02);

(f) used batteries and batteries (20 01 33*, 20 01 34);

g) fluorescent lamps/fluorescent lamps (20 01 21*);

h) chemicals (15 01 10*, 20 01 13*, 20 01 26*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30);

(i) large-sized waste (17 09 02*, 20 03 07);

(j) construction waste collected in separate containers, broken down into:

- rubble (17 01 01 01, 17 01 02),

- construction waste collected together, including sanitary fittings (17 01 80, 17 09 04, 17 01 07),

- Styrofoam (17 06 04),

- mineral wool (17 06 04),

- papa (17 03 80);

(k) biodegradable waste from gardens (20 02 01);

(l) worn tyres (16 01 03);

m) textiles and clothing (20 01 11, 20 01 10).

3. In carrying out the service, the Contractor is obliged to provide:

1) selectively collected municipal waste for the installation of waste recovery or disposal (Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012);

2) mixed municipal waste directly to the municipal installation.

4. The order must be executed within the following period: From the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 (in the case of extension of the tender procedure, the commencement date will be from the date of conclusion of the contract).

5. Estimated total amount of waste to be collected and managed in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024:

- mixed: 4905 Mg,

- segregowane: 5357,47 Mg
