The Dresden-Gorbitz tram depot, which is already being used for parking and maintenance, is to be expanded during ongoing operations

Construction phase 1: New construction of the main workshop II, adaptation of the operating workshop I, adaptation of the storage hall, conversion of the main workshop I, open spaces, new construction of cold storage II, new construction of GUW II, new construction of the bogie warehouse

Construction phase 2: Construction of a new workshop with underbody cleaning including open space;

Construction phase 3: New construction of storage hall II incl. open space.

For this purpose, the following general planning and construction management services are put out to tender:

Basic services of the

Object planning of buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10;

Project planning outdoor installations in accordance with Section 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11;

Object planning of civil engineering structures in accordance with § 43 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12;

Object planning of traffic facilities in accordance with § 47 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 13;

Structural planning in accordance with § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14;

Technical planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15;

Further basic services across construction phases (thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics in accordance with § 3 para. 1 in conjunction with Annex 1, Section 1.2 HOAI, landscape conservation accompanying plan in accordance with § 26 para. 2 in conjunction with Annex 7 HOAI).

In addition, numerous special services must be provided. Some of these are assigned to the construction phases and some are owed across construction phases. In addition, some special services are assigned to individual options, while others concern all options. The complete services can be found in Appendix 3 of the tender document - service description for general planners.

In preparation for the project, construction costs of the cost groups 200 - 600 in the amount of approx. EUR 158.6 million net were determined.
