The Ministry of the Armed Forces, the contracting authority, has a helipad known as the “avia track” located on the Île du Levant - commune of Hyères-les-Palmiers, department of Var. This consultation concerns the supply of raw materials and materials with transport by barge necessary for the work of upgrading the heliport and the installation of two hangars. The execution works will be carried out mainly by military units under the direction of ESID Toulon. Several specific works will be carried out by external companies.
