The Commissioner's intention with the procurement is a framework agreement for the cancellation of capacity investigations, pre-study and design of the existing operating premises of the order, both self-owned and leased. The disrop may also refer to the support of property management in the implementation of decision-making support of the premises and properties in force.
Estimated scope is an assessment based on a service assignment that can change over time which can have an impact on the mission.
The functioning and scope of the Framework Agreement, is to some parts for ongoing management and investment assignments. The Commissioner does not undertake to call out the number of specified assignments, hours or value. The volume is estimated at an average value over the term of the contract of SEK 1,500,000 per year.
Disappointment of consultancy assignments will be made project-wise on the basis of the framework agreement. The implementation of missions shall be carried out with responsibility for implementation, function, performance and economics i.e. customary consultancy responsibilities under ABK 09.
Thus, the approval and review of the applicant does not relieve the consultant of his responsibilities. The Commissioner, through the framework agreement, does not guarantee the consultant any assignments.
Ceiling Volume The Order estimates that they have a total need for services covered by the Framework Agreement amounting to approx. SEK 6,000,000
This constitutes the ceiling volume of the framework agreement which is not guaranteed. If the turnover of the framework contract amounts to the ceiling volume, the orders have the right to terminate it until immediate cessation.
Such termination does not affect the validity of contracts entered into prior to that.
