The client intends to build a support heating plant (total capacity 45 MW). The client supplies citizens, companies and municipal facilities in Unterföhring with district heating from four deep geothermal boreholes. The support heating system based on natural gas is to serve as a redundancy and for peak load. This is where the VE24 Technical Building Equipment is awarded.
Equipping a newly built heating plant with technical building equipment systems in the heating, sanitary and ventilation engineering trades, mainly with the following services:
• Creation of drinking water pipes and connection of 2 draining basins and other sanitary objects
• The sanitary room is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower with a partition
• Delivery and installation of instantaneous water heaters, electrically operated
• Construction of an automatic flushing device
• Laying waste water and vent pipes made of SML or HT pipes
• Installation of a heating circuit distributor with 8 outlets up to DN 65
• Installation of heating pipes up to DN 65
• Installation of heating pumps and shut-off valves up to DN 65
• Installation of circulating air heaters with an output of approx. 50 kW each
• Compact ventilation system with heat recovery for a volume flow of up to 2,500 m³/h
• Rectangular ducts and moulded parts up to an edge length of 3 m
• Spiral seam pipes and fittings up to a maximum diameter of 400 mm
• installation of fire dampers
• Installation of silencers up to an edge length of 3.30 m, including connected sheet metal ducts (length approx. 0.50 m)
• Connection to on-site objects (heat exchanger, osmosis system, etc.)
