Due to the approaching end of the agreement with the current

supplier Planon BV. The use of a SaaS ESM solution applies to all approximately 30,000

students and approximately 2,700 employees (of which approximately 1,400 teachers) of the university of applied sciences

Inholland. There are 3 application managers, 200 practitioners with writing rights and 200

practitioners with reading rights.

Emphasis of performance concerns the design (and use) of 24 main processes and 9

links (API system). The value of the contract is based on a period of time

of 5 years (this includes the implementation of 8 months). This does not mean that the contract

by definition 5 years.
