The contracting authority wishes to relaunch the provision of Electronic News Gathering services ('ENG services').

ENG services is the term used by the contracting authority for the provision of services to make audio and video recordings on location. Portable equipment is used which is operated by a team of two (2) persons (cameraman / woman and sound technician). In some cases, the operation is done by only one (1) person (exclusively a cameraman / woman who also has knowledge of audio).

The object of the contracting authority is to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of five (5) framework contractors who can meet the aforementioned need of the contracting authority. The intended commencement date of the framework agreements is 1 August 2021. This date is a target date. No rights can be derived.

In total, based on the current programming (as at 2020), the contracting authority expects to hire approximately 850 days of generic ENG services on an annual basis.
