Sarastia Oy's procurement services will request your tender for traffic signs and signage as well as traffic control products with accessories in accordance with the tender documents.

Sarastia Oy asks its customers for your offer for traffic signs and signage with accessories. The object of the procurement is traffic signs, warning signs, right-of-way and evasive signs, prohibition and restriction signs, order signs, guidance signs, signs for outdoor activities and exercise, as well as accessories related to signs, such as traffic sign tubes and traffic sign stands (including a tensioning ring), closing and warning devices and push booms. In addition, the contract has the right to purchase, in small quantities, products belonging to the same subject area which, at the time of the invitation to tender, could not be determined with sufficient precision and which could therefore not be specifically identified in the tendering specifications. Such purchases are taken into account in the estimated value of the acquisition.

The tendering process is carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which one contract supplier is selected.

The selection criterion for the tendering process is overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price being 95 points and the weight of quality being 5 points.

The contract period is fixed-term four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest after the procurement decision has become final.

The contracting entity shall have the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents prior to the conclusion of the contract decision. If the information provided is not correct, the offer shall be rejected.
