The purpose of this contract is to cover the needs of expert services for the following services:

- Engineering and Innovation Department

- Finance Department

The draft contract is allocated as follows:

1. Operational management services for roads and highways infrastructure, urban development

2. General building operation management services

3. Operation management services for technical installations and networks (CFO, CFA, HVAC)

4. Information systems, IT infrastructure and ISS operation management services

5. Procurement expertise services

6. Management control expertise services

The contract is for a period of 3 years renewable 2 times 1 year. This means a total duration of up to 5 years.

Scope of missions: o Project operation management according to the MOPo Urban Development law (ZAC, subdivision of tertiary and industrial activities) o Infrastructure (sanitation, dry and wet networks, roads) o Roads and Utilities and management of concessionaires' works

Scope of missions: o Project mode operation management according to the MOPo law Infrastructures, networks, structures and building equipment (standards and regulations), o Areas of expertiseâ ̄expected: - Setting up contracts subject to public procurement - Interventions in exploited sites open to the public - Networks - Carpentry - Roads - Strong currents - Lighting - Notions of OPC - Site safety - ERP - Accessibility for people with reduced mobility

Scope of missions: - Project mode operation management according to the MOP-ERP law, - Accessibility for people with reduced mobility, - Areas of expertise: o HVAC: Heating Installations, Air Conditioning Systems, Air Handling Systems, Smoke Extraction, Equipment (including standards and regulations): Electrical Distribution for the Tertiary and Industrial HV/LV sectors, o Low currents: ï§ Informal pre-wiring Telephony-Computer-Video, • Fire Safety Systems - ERP Regulations, • Automation, • Video Protection, • Radio, Public Address System. o Strong current :o Electromechanical Systems: Lifting Equipment, Automatic Doors, Baggage Handling Systems.

- Broad IT perimeter (ERP, network and security technologies, protocols, infrastructure functions, etc.). - Project management, - Deployment issues, - Operating issues in 24/7 environments

Expertise in procurement on specific or technical scopes in the following fields:- Services (all services) and subcontracted services,- Works (buildings, infrastructure, including runways, all building trades), airport or non-airport equipment, and maintenance,- IT (hard and software, projects, management, operational and network IT),- General services.

Expertise in management control on specific missions or on technical subjects relating to the following fields:- Business plans for companies or commercial - Economic regulation contracts- Cost accounting and information systems
