Rsg de Borgen (hereinafter referred to as: Contracting Authority), on date 18.5.2021, indicated by Announcement on TenderNed to select an integral design team for the renovation of rsg de Borgen in Leek.

This is a European restricted procedure (pre-selection procedure). This procedure is laid down in Part 2 of the Procurement Act 2012 and the European Directive (Directive 2004/18/EC), which coordinates procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts. The Procurement Act 2012 applies to this procedure.
