The subject of the contract is the design, delivery and assembly of biomass boilers in the Białaczów Commune, which is implemented as part of the project "Renewable energy sources in the Białaczów Commune".
The subject of the contract is the design, delivery and assembly of biomass boilers in the Białaczów Commune, which is implemented as part of the project "Renewable energy sources in the Białaczów Commune".
The design, delivery and assembly of biomass boilers in the Białaczów Commune includes, in particular:
1) the development of design documentation (obtaining the required rules of the decision of the architectural and construction administration authority, including: notification of construction works, construction permits, if required and other required provisions of the law of decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications),
2) replacement of 5 pieces of domestic heating systems consisting in dismantling the current heating source and installing a low-emission heating source – pellet boilers,
3) integration of the new pellet boiler with the existing hydraulic installation,
4) training users in the principles of proper operation of the installed pellet boiler along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transfer to users,
The detailed scope of work to be performed by the Contractor of the contract is described in the PFU, which constitutes (Annex 1 to the SWZ) an integral part of the SWZ.
Attention:
The PFU indicates the design and implementation of delivery, assembly and commissioning of the installation:
- pellet boilers 29 pcs.
- photovoltaic installations 195 pcs.
This procedure covers only the design and execution of the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the installation of 5 pcs. pellet boilers, however, does not include the design and implementation of delivery, assembly and commissioning of photovoltaic installations in the amount of 195 pcs.
PFU contains an outdated list of Project participants. The Contracting Authority attaches the updated list of Project participants constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
