Description:
Reconstruction of the residential district heating network os. “P” in the area of Przemysłowa Street in Tychy. Reconstruction of the heating network os. T in Tychy.

The subject of the Order is:

Part 1

Reconstruction of residential heating network in the area of Przemysłowa 5,9,13,15 Street in Tychy together with connections to buildings.

The subject of the order implemented as part of the investment task:

Reconstruction of the residential district heating network os. “P” in the area of Przemysłowa Street in Tychy.

Part 2

Reconstruction of 2xDn350 high-parameter heating network from KR 3 chamber on 2xDn600 channel heating network to KR 25 compartment at Army Krajowa Street in the area of the junction with Sikorskiego Street in Tychy

The subject of the order implemented as part of the investment task:

Reconstruction of the heating network os. T in Tychy.

Reconstruction of residential heating network in the area of Przemysłowa 5,9,13,15 Street in Tychy together with connections to buildings.

In the framework of the reconstruction of the heating network, in particular:

(a) preparatory work marking the start of construction, i.e. geodetic delineation of the route of the heating network and development of the construction site,

(b) the order and supply of preinsulated heating fittings and pipes and other materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the object of the contract,

c) the use of electrically welded muffs - radiation-crossed heat shrink muffs for outer coat diameters smaller or equal to Dz 160,

d) in order to ensure heat supply to buildings supplied from a rebuilt heating network, a temporary heat source selected according to the following parameters, table and map (zal_nr_10_project documentation cz1: zal_nr_3_1_Map to tender P);

• the map marked the area and heat nodes supplied from the rebuilt network, for

each object specified the required power of the replacement source

• return power pressure: 0.6MP/0.4MPa (at the site of work)

• heat carrier temperature 65/55 c,

• estimated complement of the heating network connected to the replacement source below

1 t/day; the contracting authority permits replenishment with raw water provided that the network is emptied before connecting to the heating bus from the direction PW1,

• the location of the replacement source must be agreed with the owner of the plot and the Ordering Party and to ensure its connection to the high-parameter network. The Contractor shall install the Contractor (installation of the measurement system assembly protocol by the Contractor before the start of heat supply from the temporary heat source),

e) method of replenishment with technological water of the heating network fed from a replacement source

The Contractor shall submit in writing to the Contracting Authority before proceeding with the work; the contracting authority agrees to the following arrangements;

• intake of water from the bus network for replenishment of the network supplied from a replacement source; the Ordering Party will cover the cost of the water taken from the bus network,

• replenishment of the carrier from the Contractor's treatment station with water with parameters conforming to the standard PN-85/C-04601 (or equivalent) in that case the cost of treated water shall be borne by the Contractor; in the event of failure to comply with the above conditions and deteriorate the carrier parameters below the parameters specified in the standard , The Contractor will incur the cost associated with restoring the parameters of the carrier to the required (e.g. replacement of water in the deposit)

(f) accounting for the cost of heat generated in the temporary source. The Ordering Party will pay the Contractor for the heat produced in a temporary source zł/GJ according to the tariff applicable for the date of heat source Tauron Heat Production Plant in Tychy (price at 06.11.2021 is 35,16 PLN/GJ net). Settlement of the cost of heat generated in the temporary source will occur during monthly settlement periods. The calendar month will be the settlement period. If the working time is less than a full month, the invoice for the working time of the boiler room must be issued at the end of the source's work Payment of the receivable will be made by transfer to the Contractor's account within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Ordering Party of a properly issued VAT invoice; the heat meter reading will be made protocolarly with the participation of the Contractor and the Contractor,

g) installation of pre-insulated heating network together with alarm installation according to the design documentation and technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works from moldings and pre-insulated pipes with bold insulation with a total length of the heating network ~ 386,5mb,

Reconstruction of high-parameter heating network 2xDn350 from komoryKR3 on the channel heating network 2xDn600 to the comoryKR25 at ArmiiKrajowa Street in the area of the intersection with Sikorskiego Street in Tychy

In the framework of the reconstruction of the heating network, in particular:

(a) preparatory work marking the start of construction, i.e. geodetic delineation of the route of the heating network and development of the construction site,

(b) the order and supply of preinsulated heating fittings and pipes and other materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the object of the contract,

c) the use of electrically welded muffs - radiation-crossed heat shrink muffs for outer coat diameters smaller or equal to Dz 160,

d) in order to ensure heat supply to buildings supplied from the rebuilt heating network, a temporary heat source selected according to the following parameters and map (zal_na_11_project documentation and items_cz_2: zał_nr _3a_1 map - Army Krajowa);

• The map highlighted areas powered from the rebuilt network, for each object the required power of the replacement source is specified

• return power pressure: 0.6MP/0.4MPa (at the site of work)

• heat carrier temperature 65/55 c,

• estimated complement of the heating network connected to the replacement source max. 1 t/h, the Contracting Authority shall allow refill with raw water provided that the network is emptied before connecting to the heating bus from the direction of the chamber point 1 (as designed),

• the location of the replacement source must be agreed with the owner of the plot and the Ordering Party and providing its connection to the high-parameter network. The Contractor shall install the Contractor (installation of the measurement system assembly protocol by the Contractor before the start of heat supply from the temporary heat source),

e) method of replenishment with water techn. heating network fed from a replacement source

The Contractor shall submit in writing to the Contracting Authority before proceeding with the performance of the work; the Contracting Authority agrees to the following solutions:

• intake of water from the bus network for replenishment of the network supplied from a replacement source; the Ordering Party will cover the cost of the water taken from the bus network,

• replenishment of the carrier from the Contractor's treatment station with water with parameters conforming to the standard PN-85/C-04601 or (equivalent) in that case the cost of the treated water shall be borne by the Contractor; in the event of failure to comply with the above conditions and deteriorate the carrier parameters below the parameters specified in the standard , The Contractor will incur the cost associated with restoring the parameters of the carrier to the required (e.g. replacement of water in the deposit)

(f) accounting for the cost of heat generated in the temporary source. The Ordering Party will pay the Contractor for the heat produced in a temporary source zł/GJ according to the tariff applicable for the date of heat source Tauron Heat Production Plant in Tychy (price at 06.11.2021 is 35,16 PLN/GJ net). Settlement of the cost of heat generated in the temporary source will occur during monthly settlement periods. The calendar month will be the settlement period. If the last month of operation of the temporary source is less than a full month, the invoice for the time of operation of the boiler room should be issued at the end of the source's work. Payment of the receivable will be made by transfer to the Contractor's account within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Ordering Party of a properly issued VAT invoice; the heat meter reading will be made protocolarly with the participation of the Contractor and the Contractor,

g) installation of pre-insulated heating network together with alarm installation according to the design documentation and technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works from preinsulated fittings and pipes with bold insulation 2xDn350 with a total length of the heating network ~ 617mb
