The subject of the contract is the provision of Service G to the Contracting Authority, which consists of transporting Shipments (including Shipments containing Postage), whereby the Contractor is obliged to.

(a) the acceptance of Consignments for carriage at the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service G, annex 1 to the draft contract,

b) loading of Consignments per vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,

c) unloading Shipments from the vehicle at the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service G, constituting Annex 1 to the draft agreement.

2. Maximum quantities of services that may be contracted to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority in the scope of the contract:

- maximum number of kilometres with option right (100%) – 28 614,

- number of kilometres (80 %) – 22 891,

- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (20%) – 5 723.

3. Where the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration during the period of the contract, the Parties may extend the term of the contract by a maximum of 3 months, but not longer than until the amount of remuneration for the services made by the Contractor will reach the maximum salary. The extension of the period in accordance with the previous sentence requires a written form under the rigour of nullity.

4. Estimated number of vehicles necessary to perform the service - 1 vehicle of category II.

5.Estimated number of people necessary for the implementation of the service - 1 person holding a driver's license of category C.

6. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of granting services to the existing Contractor, in the mode of a free hand contract pursuant to Article 388 (2) (c) of the Pzp Act, a contract consisting in repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract.

Conditions under which the above contracts will be awarded from the free hand:

1) The scope of the above orders will consist in the repetition of services from the basic order and will include the following quantity of km:

- maximum number of kilometres with option (100%) – 28 500,

- number of kilometres (80 %) – 22 800,

- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (20 %) – 5 700.

2) The draft agreement will be forwarded to the Contractor together with the invitation to negotiate.

3. Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure;

4) the obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority shall be governed on a basis analogous to the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic contract;

5) Order period: up to 12 months.

- number of kilometres (80 %) – 12 800,

- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (20 %) – 3 200.

2) The draft agreement will be forwarded to the Contractor together with the invitation to negotiate.

3. Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure;

4) the obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority shall be governed on a basis analogous to the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic contract;

- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (20 %) – 7 600.

2) The draft agreement will be forwarded to the Contractor together with the invitation to negotiate.

3. Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure;
