The procurement applies to Bergen Municipality c/o the Agency for Housing Management (EBF) and concerns a framework agreement for operating services/janitorial services for the municipality’s for a framework agreement for Janitorial services for the municipality's residential buildings and properties.

The procurement applies to the execution of operating services within inspection and general operating assignments of the housing that consists of approx. 5 300 residences in Bergen Municipality. The residences are divided between both ordinary rental properties and properties for persons with special needs.

Bergen municipality, on behalf of the Agency for Housing Management (the contracting authority) invites tenderers to a tender contest regarding inspections and operations of the properties and buildings under the Agency Housing Management.

The contracting authority has organised the buildings and properties portfolio in approx. 400 objects which again represent approx 1 700+ street addresses with a total of approx. 5 300+ residential units.

The procurement’s regular assignments include setting out and washing of waste containers. The amount, locations and frequency will be adjusted during the agreement period, based on the contracting authority's requirements.
