Introduction of an ERP software solution at the Materials Testing Institute for Construction (MPA BS) in Braunschweig. The subject of this tender are:

- the procurement of usage licenses for the required modules according to the number of users,

- software maintenance and support,

- Support with the installation of the necessary server-based components and the establishment of operational readiness,

- Selection of standard modules of the ERP system for implementation and operation,

- planning and setting up the system configuration in accordance with the requirements of the MPA BS,

- Implementation of the MPA-specific adjustments and developments in the standard functions of the ERP system,

- Migration of the existing data to ongoing and completed projects, the existing interfaces and the data from project and machine time recording,

- the training of administrators and key users,

- as well as the training of users who are to be used in-house as multipliers,

- Maintenance and further development of the ERP system by the manufacturer.
