The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and start-up of a “waste transfer station” at the headquarters of the Company Canavesana servizi SpA in via Novara 31/A in Ivrea (TO).

Supply and installation of waste transfer plant in the existing pit with reinforced concrete walls and bottom width 3.50 m, depth from country floor 1.45 m, length of the floor 12, 00 m, access ramp length 17.30 m; the waste transfer plant must be made of metal material, galvanized steel for wear-resistant steel support structures type Hardox 450 for the parts in movement and made up of loading tank prepared for lateral loading, main conveyor belt with metal bars, conveyor belt for reversible unloading, metal supporting structures and cover, cockpit for collecting colaticci, stairs and runways in metal carpentry with steps in gratings and parapets in galvanized steel according to standard, reducer and hydraulic motor, electro-hydraulic control unit, electrical system IP 55 up to the power-command and control panel of the machine, installed power 31 kW; the approximate geometric dimensions of the overall dimensions must be: width outside the pit 10.00 m, height from country floor 8,70 m, length outer section to the pit 5,00 m.

The installation shall comply with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and subsequent updates, with CEI standards for electrical installations to DM 37/2008 where applicable.
